Prep Time: 25 mins
Bake Time: 30 mins
Oven: 400˚F
Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients:
2 Turkey Breast Steaks
Salt & Black Pepper
6 Slices Bacon, partially cooked and drained
1/4 cup bottled honey-mustard dipping sauce

Directions:
Partially cook bacon by arranging slices in a large skillet and cook over medium heat until lightly browned but still limp, turning once. Drain the bacon on papaer towels and cool until easy to handle.
Season turkey with salt and pepper. Cut both turkey steaks crosswise into 4 pieces. Press two end pieces of each turkey steak together to form one piece (you should have six "mignons"). Wrap 1 slice of bacon around each piece of turkey; secure with wooden toothpicks.
Place turkey in a 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Bake in a 400˚F oven for 30-40 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink (170˚F), brushing with dipping sauce the last 15 minutes of baking.

Variations:
Instead of bottled Honey Mustard Sauce, you may opt to try making an excellent low-carb friendly version.
